About Us
We help scaling businesses stay ready for the moments that matter.
Scaling businesses generate critical information every day, across people, documents, systems and teams. But as they grow, that information fragments fast. Financial data sits in one system, customer activity in another, investor updates in slide decks, and commercial context in emails and calls. Most of the time, that fragmentation is manageable.
But when a business reaches a critical moment - raising funding, reporting to stakeholders, preparing for a board meeting, responding to diligence, making a strategic decision or preparing for exit - leaders are pulled away from running the business just to reconstruct what the business already knows.
Navaris was built to remove that drag. We connect to the tools and documents a business already uses and create a live business context layer - a connected, investor-ready source of truth. You approve what gets indexed; nothing is shared without your say-so. From that foundation, specialist corporate finance agents go to work - reviewing materials, drafting documents, answering diligence, finding and drafting grants, preparing for term sheet negotiations and producing board and shareholder reporting. It is the kind of support larger companies get from dedicated advisors, made always-on and accessible to scaling businesses.
The result is simple: less information drag, more business momentum. Founders and leadership teams can stay focused on customers, product and growth, while still having the clarity and confidence to respond quickly when investors, boards, advisors or programme teams need the full picture.
Our Story
Navaris was born from lived experience. Between us, we've raised over £25 million in start-up funding, supported acquisitions as sellers, conducted due diligence on dozens of acquisition targets, reviewed early-stage investments, and worked closely with scaling companies through major commercial and strategic moments.
Across those experiences, the same problem appeared again and again. The information was usually there. But it was rarely ready.
As founders and operators, we saw how much time was lost preparing for funding rounds, investor updates, board reporting and diligence - finding documents, reconciling numbers, answering the same questions repeatedly, and rebuilding outputs from scratch every time a stakeholder asked for something new. As investors and advisors, we saw the other side: businesses with real potential slowed down by disorganised information, inconsistent reporting and incomplete preparation. Deal momentum suffered not because the business lacked substance, but because the evidence was fragmented.
We kept coming back to the same thought: there has to be a better way. Not another static repository. Not another folder structure. Not another template that becomes outdated the moment the business changes. A connected layer that understands the business as it evolves.
In 2025, we decided to build it. That is why we built Navaris.
What We Believe
We believe scaling companies should not have to choose between moving quickly and staying organised, and that founders should be able to build fast without constantly stopping to prepare information for investors, boards and advisors.
We believe incubators and accelerators should have better visibility across their start-up portfolios without creating more admin for founders, and that advisors and investors should be able to work from clearer, more consistent information - reducing repeated requests and helping companies move through funding, reporting and transaction processes with greater confidence.
Most importantly, we believe preparation should not be a one-off scramble. It should be built into the way a business operates. Navaris turns fragmented information into readiness, confidence and action - so businesses can stay prepared for the moments that shape their growth.
The Team

Ross Flew
Co-Founder & CEO
Ross is a scale-up specialist who has helped technology startups grow from inception through Series A and beyond.
He joined RHEON Labs as a founding team member when it was just four people. Over seven years, he helped scale the business to 45+ employees, raised over £18 million across Seed and Series A rounds, and established commercial operations across five continents. He built the pitch decks, created the financial models, and assembled the data rooms.
Now, he sits on the other side of the table. As Investment Director at AI Venture Flows, a UK-based pre-seed SEIS fund, he reviews early-stage AI companies and conducts commercial due diligence. He sees firsthand which founders are prepared - and which aren't.
Ross is completing an Executive MBA at Warwick Business School, where his research examines differences in venture capital approaches between the UK and USA.
"I've raised millions in funding and now I invest in the next generation of founders. The difference between a smooth raise and a painful one almost always comes down to preparation. Navaris makes that preparation effortless."

Paul Flew
Co-Founder & CTO
Paul is a serial technical entrepreneur who has built and sold companies across two decades.
He co-founded Loqate, a location intelligence platform, and served as CTO through its acquisition by GBG plc in 2015. Before that, he helped build Global Address from startup to acquisition by Harte-Hanks in 2006. At GBG, as Head of Technology, leading cloud transformation and - critically - running technical due diligence on the company's acquisitions.
He's been on both sides of the data room more times than he can count: as a founder being acquired, as an executive acquiring others, and as an angel investor reviewing early-stage deals through Hustle Fund's Angel Squad.
"I've spent months of my life in data rooms - building them, reviewing them, finding the gaps that almost killed deals. Navaris is everything I learned about what actually matters, built into software."
Why Navaris Matters
Every scaling business reaches moments where clarity matters - a founder preparing for a funding round, a leadership team building a board pack, an accelerator trying to understand progress across a cohort, an advisor preparing a client for investment or exit, or an investor reviewing whether a company is ready for the next stage. In each case, the quality of the information shapes the quality of the decision. Navaris helps make that information connected, current and usable.
For start-ups, it means less scrambling and more confidence when funding, reporting or diligence begins.
For incubators and accelerators, it means better visibility across start-up portfolios and clearer evidence of founder progress, support needs and funding readiness.
For advisors and investors, it means cleaner preparation, faster diligence and fewer repeated information requests.
For leadership teams, it means staying focused on building the business while remaining ready for the moments that matter.
